Hi there,
As I am currently setting up & playing around with my VP2+ it will have accumulated spurious data in the 6555 IP Logger and also on WeatherLink.com and from that Wunderground.com and so after I have installing it properly I would want to wipe the slate clean & start afresh.
I have seen a procedure on how to clear the IP Logger from the console by;
1. Press Wind
2. Press 2nd then press & hold Clear for 6 seconds
3. Release Clear when you see ‘Clearing now’ displayed at the bottom of the console screen
Has anybody tried this procedure and does it work?
At Step 2 do you press 2nd & Clear simultaneously or in succession?
Although I currently have the free tier on WeatherLink.com I believe history is stored sight unseen until you subscribe so how would I delete the history I don’t have access to as I wouldn’t want it to taint my readings proper?
Also I have set WeatherLink.com to upload to Wunderground and the same would apply to clearing any and all historical data from there also so how is this done assuming it can be done of course?
