I have noticed that METAR's from Capri, Italy (LIQC) appear during daylight hours.  For example:

I don't know of an airport or helipad on Capri and meteorology in Italy is typically practiced by their Armed Forces. 

Does anyone know anything about this METAR site?  Why it is there, the specific coordinates, etc.?  It's rare to find a METAR site not on an airport.
