Acurite Screen

DAD2389!!:
My Acurite 5in1 display doesn't show the top two screens.  Outside and inside temps and humidity and the wind speed display is not working.  I changed the batteries and the screen shows full bars. The display is plugged in and has batteries installed.  Any suggestions?
