remove Weather Network configuration?
« on: March 17, 2022, 08:13:42 AM »
Anyone know if there is a way to remove an entry on the Weather Network tab of the Meteobridge configuration? Specifically, I want to remove Weather Underground (not just disable by setting to "no upload") so I can reconfigure it (see my other question here about getting an error on upload).

Thanks!

Meteobridge does not store any hidden information about WU that you don't see in the GUI. So there is no point in removing all WU related settings. You can simply overwrite the data, it will be the same than starting on a fresh install. Or do I get you wrong?

If you select no upload and the click on "save" the Weather Underground should disappear from the list.
As the previous poster indicated, you should be able to reconfigure and save changes without deleting WU.

Thanks. Ended up not needing to do that but I'll try this if I ever need to again. I was able to figure it out with a clue from docbee. See https://www.wxforum.net/index.php?topic=43631.0
