Topic: Blank page showing after moving host - Solved_

Hi All,

I have moved from GoDaddy to Hostgator and copied all my files from one to the other, but if I enter https://www.chatteris.biz all I get is a blank page.

I did 'view page source' but it basically didn't have anything meaningful in it.

If all else fails, I will start from scratch as the site could do with a good 'weeding' of unused/redundant files, but it would be nice if it was a simple fix.

I just moved from GoDaddy also. Is your domain still at GoDaddy and if so/not, is it forwarded
to the new DNS address for your new host?

Looks like your new site is now running PHP 7.4.27.  Running check-fetch-times.php?show=versions shows the key scripts are up-to-date.

In top.php, you have

<?php require(&#39;/home/redpis/public_html/zbblock/zbblock.php&#39;); ?> and that is likely failing due to the changed path to your document root of  /home3/chattris/public_html  . the failing require() causes a fatal error when the required file is not found.
