The 2nd and 4th animated GIF icons are from the Meteotriviglio set of icons.  I’m not sure where the other ones are from.
The original download for the Meteotriviglio icons is no longer active, but I have a copy available at
https://saratoga-weather.org/wxtemplates/install.php

Note that set is missing some of the newer NWS icons, and the dual-image icons won’t be available on the NWS forecast.

What if you took matters into your own hands? I mean, creating your own icons could be the move here. Picture this: you dive into the world of AI vector images and whip up some custom icons that scream at you. It's like putting your own stamp on things.
I've been down that road myself, trying to track down elusive icons and coming up short. But once I started creating my own, it was a total game-changer. Suddenly, I had icons that were as unique as my vibe, and let me tell ya, it felt pretty darn good.
