Mesowest has all of my readings in the "green." MADIS has my data all green thumbs up as well. Yet, Gladstone suggests that my dewpoint readings are typically +3 high and my humidity readings with a 6% spread between the "analysis," and my actual. I know that many colleagues on here have suggested that Gladstone be ignored...but, that still begs the question...how does Gladstone's so-called analysis factor in the age, location, and validity of the calibrations of the weather stations around me. I have good reason to believe that my new Ambient WS-5000 contains factory set calibrations that are more than likely correct. Although I temporarily increased my humidity calibration to match Gladstone's analysis based on the average of the weather stations nearby, who is to say that those stations were correct and mine was wrong?
