OffGrid

Can someone give me some suggestions ?

Is there a weather station that has local storage?
I want to be able to collect data manually 3 times a year. Or something like this

I am off grid and have power very seldom.  Totally offgrid
I will supply power via external battery if needed. But with that said I want power consumption to be as low as possible
I am looking for a solution that focuses on weather data. But I want to be able to export datat after some time. SDCard ? (Or something)
Today I have an old thing that I can export data every 3 months. The one I have to day is enclosed on picture

I would like:
Temp in and out
Wind direction
Wind speed
Rain
Humidity out and in
Pressure

Radio Control Clock  would be nice to

Does such a product exist?

Yes that is possible.

One item is outstanding. What Archive interval do you expect to be logging over 4 months?

The archive interval. There is not going to be much with a low power requirement that can also log a 5 minute archive 24/7 for 4+ months. There are certainly systems but the power requirement might exceed your expectation being totally off grid and have power very seldom
