Turn power off on Reecom 1630

I want to completely power down my Reecom 1630 when we leave town for an extended period.  But I don't want to lose the settings.  Is there effectively an "On-Off" switch or an equivalent work around somewhere in the software? I can't seem to find a way to accomplish this.
