HI. but have you ever tried to raise the wh31/32 sensors in the meteoshield pro 3 by 2 cm? you will see that maybe this graph will change.

I have established there as Jan Barani suggested on his website. Sensirion SHT35 is devoid of a filter. I plan to do some work on my station in the next few days and may pick up some more SHT35 and PT1000 sensors in the Barani Gen III

Most of the charts you’ve been posting still show a very good performance from the Barani, with an error of only a few tenths of a degree and only lasting a few hours. This is on bad days aswell, most days of the year will have some wind and therefore close to no error.

Yes, in the morning is the biggest mistake on Barani Meteoshield Pro III. Depending on the angle of the sun, disputes will also be in the afternoon and evening. In my location especially in spring and summer. You have to remember that it's a passive shield and any plastic one has a lot of radiation errors at low angle and low wind speed.

I am testing further and will restart the loggers on the PT1000 in each shield in the days to come. I like the Apogee TS-100 and plan to give the Smart Cellino a go in the future. Perhaps replacing Davis FARS24H due to its problematic design for maintenance and heavy load on the mast. Relative to the TS-100, I am not satisfied with its performance in some weather scenarios. The FARS in the Davis FARS24H is less efficient than in the Apogee.

"A lot of errors" seems a bit harsh, but oh well. I'm also not sure why you keep mentioning the plastic material as part of the issue, wooden Stevensons screens also suffer from this effect.

Keep in mind that the SmartCellino is quite heavy, weight wise, a lot heavier than the Barani MS Pro. The shield itself is quite light, but the mounting bracket is a lot heavier than that of the MS Pro.

Stevenson Screnn, due to its design, has less radiation error on snow, as well as in normal conditions at low sun angle than Barani Meteoshield Pro III. Winds as high as 10-14 km/h and in the morning the Ms Pro III generates a considerable radiation error, even though there is passive ventilation. As you can see, the helix in these conditions realistically does nothing. The worst is when the wind blows from the heated surface of the radiation shield, that's when the error is greatest, because it pushes the heated air from the heated material.
