Yesterday Nebraska's DOR just brought up their new
'Snow Plow Tracker' which displays in-cab camera images of the road ahead of their maintenance trucks. This gives the public an opportunity to see in real time the condition of the state's highways. I understand that this site will display these images year around, so even though it's a 'Plow Tracker' site now, it will also be a maintenance tracker. FYI, there were about a hundred plows out this morning, whereas there are only a few out right now. Obviously the drivers need to sleep sometime.
I understand that other states have similar 'Plow Tracker' sites. It would be great if others would provide links to their state's similar site.
