WD UDB Data Logger
« on: August 26, 2017, 11:26:38 PM »
What is the command WD uses to extract data from a Davis Pro2?

I think my WD is corrupted.

Thanks

I think you mean a USB data logger?
why do you want to know the actual command?

what I would do is to reset the data logger
(power down console, remove the data logger, wait 5 minutes, put back, power up console, then set the time and date on the console and the data logging interval to 1 minute (using weatherlink or weather display)

I have a brand new data logger. I have WD in the C:/ dir and in a f:/ dir.

The data logger works fine with c:/

Doesn't with F:/ What is the WD command that starts the data logging?

So it is software and I ask again.

it is the command that is specified in the vantage pro documentation (DMPAFT)
still not sure why you are wanting to know that

try copying the wdisplay.ini setting file from the c directory location to the f directory location

Did you set up WD in the F:/ directory as a second install of WD? If not there could be conflicts in the registry.
