Topic: Blank Data Boxes

Using GrLevel3 on Win 8.1: When I put the pointer on anything which is supposed to have data like a weather station, the box comes up but its blank, it shows no data.  I've also had this happen on a Win 7 machine.  Any solutions would be appreciated.  I attached a pic as an example.

I found a mention about "Teamviewer" causing a similar problem. You will need to be logged in to read it.

I signed up over there but it seems to be taking a ridiculous amount of time for an admin to approve my registration.

Which version of GR are you using? Is it the newest version of GRLevel3?

I have GRlevel 3 version 2.17

Well miraculon, I exited Teamviewer and the boxes have info in them again.  So I guess for the time being I'll have to shut down teamvewer when I use GRlevel3 unless I see something that allows both to play well together in the GRlevelX forums if/when an admin approves me there.  Thanks for the help.

Very interesting that the glitch occurs with Teamviewer. Never would have suspected something like that. That could be worth mentioning in the owner's forum if you get a chance to post there.
