Your source appears to be broken. Since it's a US Census Bureau site, I suggest you use the contact link to query them regarding the broken 'download' button. In other words, it looks like nobody can download from this source.

I think it has to do with some change they made to the security because the error I see in the console is this:

The page at ..... was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure resource ..... This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

The console is the key, Jachym! When I clicked on the insecure link 'http://...' the shapefile downloaded. It's too large to post here however, so I think the requester needs to download it himself using this technique.

The console in Chrome: <CTRL><Shift><I> and select the 'console' tab after you've clicked 'Download' of your selected shapefile. Then click on the second, insecure 'http://...' link to get your download. It's a bit Byzantine, but it will work.

Ok I was able to down load but I need the Style file for the USA and NY 2015 Tiger Road. Can some one help. To repeat I do have all the files I just need the Style File on the right side in the GIS I don't have ethier can any one help. Thank you

I couldn't get anything to download with Firefox 42.0, so I went to IE11 and it worked there. Something with Firefox

It looks like you need ArcGIS, a $100 investment, or something similar to create a style file from a shapefile. This doesn't appear to be a trivial operation. https://www.mapbox.com/mapbox-studio-classic/#win64 might be another less expensive possibility. http://www.grlevelx.com/manuals/gis/files_style.htm contains some useful information.

At any rate your project is going to entail a learning curve, time, and possibly dollars.

Steve you have to see if you can get the file yourself, it is obvious that noone is going to pay so that you can get it. You have to pay yourself or just do without it.

I know Steve quite well, I manage his entire website for him, he isnt arrogant, just sometimes does not use the best way to express himself.

Steve, I know that you know nothing about programming and much about computers in general, but the problem is that in this case, it is not a question of programming or knowing how this works, this time, the problem is that you want something that is not available for free, so even if people knew how to get it, they are obviously not going to invest into something so that you have it. Just like any one of us, if you want it, you would have to pay for it yourself.
