Topic: Meteobridge Chart Generator Error

After working fine for a long time, suddenly I am getting this error message:

Error: Cannot open chart file "heatmap-temp-imp.chart": No such file or directory

I see the same thing when I attempt to view the charts within the meteobridge "graphs" tab.

Also, "History" plots older than Feb 14th are giving a "sorry no data found" message instead of the plot.

Any insights on this? I don't see anything on the meteobridge forum about this.

I'll attempt a reboot/update and see what happens.

Update: rebooting the meteobridge pro seems to have fixed it.

I have a WiFi camera out in the garage and could not connect to it yesterday. With this chart problem, I recalled three power blips/glitches sometime last week during high winds/snow. I am now thinking that the power interruption was the cause of the meteobridge issue as well as the camera malfunction. A power disconnect/reconnect solved my camera problem as well.
