Is there a way to download data from a 2902a?

There are many options. I'm probably not going to hit them all, but these are some popular ways...

- Upload to Ambientweather.net and then you can use the API to pull data. Alternatively you can manually download .csv data.
- add an Ecowitt GW1000 so that you can pair it with various 3rd party software; Cumulus MX, Meteobridge, Weather-Display, WeeWX.
- add a WS-2000-C display console so that you can use its built in SD card storage.
- get SDR dongle and use rtl_433 to pull data from sensors (you'll also need a separate barometer sensor)

I'd recommend getting the GW1000.
