Cumulus 1.9.4 on old Windows versions?

I use old version Cumulus 1.9.4 on an old mini PC. It had Windows Vista on it and the HDD failed. I have Windows 98. Millennium and XP.  I prefer to use an old version of Windows. How old can the Windows version be for Cumulus 1.9.4 to run?  Thanks.

I'm not surecwhat is the oldest. I have run CumulusMX on Windows 7 with no problem, and it runs well on Linux. It's  years ago that I last ran Cumulus v1.

I have run Cumulus 1.9 on XP, Win7, and now it is running on Win10 receiving data from VVPro just fine.

I run Cumulus 1.9.4 too on the latest windows. Personally don't like MX.
