(SOLD) Davis Vantage Pro2 Plus needs a good home..
« on: October 06, 2014, 10:56:32 AM »
I have a 3 year old Davis Wireless Vantage Pro 2 which has been updated to the Pro 2 Plus having the UV and Solar Radiation sensors and the FARS radiation shield the updated equipment was added a year ago.
The newly designed rain collector with bird spikes was just recently added.
Included with the units is the Vantage 2 Pro Console receiver and additional VUE console and the general purpose USB data logger and Weather link Software.
The entire unit is in very good condition and operates flawlessly. We are moving into apartments so don’t really trust leaving something outside in fear of theft so would rather give it a good home.
I live in Dallas, Texas if interested email me at pilotmarvin@yahoo.com

Price is $675.00 shipped to the US only.

Many Thanks,
MarvC

Photo is attached shows the older style rain collector. New style ws added after photo. This was taken a month ago.

Did Davis change the mounting location of the solar/uv mount?

No. There are 2 sets of sensor shelf mounting post holes on the rain base. MarvC  apparently chose the front ones.

The shelf could easily be moved to the back.
