Hi,
Am I right in assuming that it's loop packets that weewx uses to display live data on WU when rapidfire is enabled. Can i still set logging interval of 5 minutes with rapidfire? The logging interval only determines frequency of archive packets I assume.

Regards,
Praveen

Hi,

Correct, by default RF data is sent on receipt of each loop packet using loop data (there is a config option to send it less often). The archive interval (what you refer to as the logging interval) determines how often an archive record is generated and saved to archive and how frequently the reports are run. The archive interval has no bearing on RF.
