I need a good reolink camera that is waterproof and has solar panel to charge that is under 125$, bc I don't have any good mounting areas except where my davis is located on a 4x4x8 in my side yard. Camera would be facing the west as well.

I have my camera mounted on my peak of the house.  This came in a bit shorter than I expected.  I would have like something just a bit taller, but it works.  I should have read the description closer.  The issue is my camera is over the house somewhat.  In the winter, if I get some snow piling up, that could be an issue.

I used this plate to mount to the pole.  I had to put a piece of plywood behind it to mount the screws to.  But it worked well.

1. Yeah, I think I got IPTimelapse just before the price increase. Going from $79 to $129 was a big increase.

There is pile of free and open source time-laps software out there for Win and Linux.
First that popped up in the search (I have not used it) https://github.com/collingreen/chronolapse

I have several webcams for viewing day and night (COLOR) sky conditions:

Reolink RLC-511WA - https://csraweather.org/GNTS1ENECam2.jpg  (AMAZON 116 BUCKS)

Reolink Duo WiFi - https://csraweather.org/WebcamLIVE.php  (AMAZON 135 BUCKS)

Ambient Weather Network Outdoor Wifi Weather Camera TIMELAPSE (AMBIENTWEATHER.COM  110 BUCKS)

I am more than happy to answer any questions.

How did you get your REOLINK camera to upload to your website? Battery powered cams from Reolink don't support FTP atm.. wish it did.. maybe one day?

I use IPTimelapse to upload images and timelapse loops to my website (https://novawx.dscloud.me), plus it sends live videos to YouTube, which are also on my website. I have a Reolink RLC-510A, which isn't battery powered/Wi-Fi, but instead uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) technology. PoE transmits electric power with data simultaneously over data pairs on Ethernet cables. PoE provides both data connection and operating power to the camera.
