Historical Wind Data
(1/1)
JohnBTreeGuy:
Hello, I'm new here and I'm not sure where to post this. Hopefully this is the right place.
I'm a consultant who works around trees. I often look for historical wind data I'm trying to find other options for historical wind data. Sometimes I use Weather Underground for monthly data and will import into excel for general averages. Sometimes I use cli-MATE Wind Rose. They're not exactly what I need. I would like something that is similar to the NRCS WETS 30-year precipitation data where I can get averages of precipitation per month on a 30 year timeframe. 30 years of wind data that I could perform calculations on would be very helpful. What are my options?
I live in the US; Washington state data is my primary need.
Thank you!
John B
