First of all I apologize for my bad English. I am French and I live in Paris, my nephew has been transferred for a 24 months mission.
He bought a weather radio for natural risks. A Midland WR120 which has an "External Alert" plug. According to my information, this mono jack acts as a switch (Normally open without alert, and closes in case of alert), am I correct?
So I will try to obtain via a printed circuit the closing of this switch, to be informed directly in France via a Raspeberry.
Small question, is it a non-polarized switch?
