Say what you mean.  Mean what you say.  Never apologize.

Wow, you are definitely NOT cut out to be a politician.

When I lived in MX I often took people into Guadalajara etc. and if it was someone new I said there were 4 rules:
1. Drive with conviction like you know where you're going
2. Never let them see fear in your eyes
3. Spend money like you have it
4. NO SCREAMING due to traffic insanity, that will be handled by the driver

On a serious note, my first rule is: just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.

Teacher here, well retired teacher that is.
Rules:
  family comes first
  Job second
  Everything else
Don't skimp on what you can do or said you will do.
  Be honest
Admit when you made a mistake
Never get revenge on a student.
Try each day to find something to laugh about.  If nothing is funny, make goofy faces in the bathroom mirror.

Nobody walking this earth is perfect...we all make mistakes...everybody does.  I agree with the first two thoughts, but the third one is entirely wrong.

What brought that statement on, WH?
