That sounds odd TBH - losing a transmitter temporarily shouldn't cause a problem for WLL. But the obvious first step would be to power cycle the WLL. Really the power cycle needs a battery removing too, but AFAIK that would cause any stored data to be lost, so you might try just cycling the AC power to start with. If that doesn't work then a full power cycle could be tried. I suspect that there might have been a network glitch also but that's just a guess.
