Reolink Viewing Issues

Got a new Reolink RLC-510A camera. Having a little issue.

I'm trying to stream this with OBS like I did my last one that died on me.
Have it installed in the app on on 2 computers with the Reolink app on both of them.

I can see the live view on my phone and computer #2.
On computer #1 that I used my old one on and streamed to YouTube with OBS before,
the camera shows as connected, I can see the properties of it, but live view shows a black screen.

Any ideas?

Reolink has nice cameras but their software sucks!!!

The newer camera may have different firmware than the older one and runs different on the client. My suggestion is to make sure the firmware is up to date. Also make sure the client(Windows?) is the latest one on your computer.

My other suggestion is to try turning off the "Hardware Decoding First" option on the client.

Everything was up to date. Uninstalled their software and reinstalled with the newest version.
It was working fine, the old camera died and I did have issues installing this one.

I will try the Hardware Decoding option when i'm home or if I get bored at work & log in and see what happens.
