I been failing the L3 Spatial Consistency for some time now. I started looking around me and looks like everybody is also failing.
What could be causing this?

Micro climates, poor siting, you name it.... Unless everyone has an anemometer mounted on a 30 ft pole in an absolutely wide open field with no obstructions, all bets are off.

Makes sense why soooo many stations have this issue.
