Are you using a VPN? I occasionally get this with mine. If so, I suggest getting out of it and see if that takes care of the problem.

No, I am not in a VPN
I had the same results connecting from my office  and from a Proxy in Nederlands and Germany.
I connected using a proxy server in USA.
So I believe that there is a region block, maybe because the site is not GDPR compliance so it is blocket to all EU. Usually there is a page explainig this but not in this site.
