Setup Vantage Pro2 and WUHU

Just read this topic and wanted to add something.

I just went from a WMR968 to a Vantage Pro 2 and because I bought the Serial Data Logger I didn't even need to crack the wrapper on the WeatherLink software.  I just unplugged the WMR and plugged in the Davis and it started right up.

Just a quick update for you. I worked with someone a while back to support the WeatherLink IP. There was a problem retrieving data from the unit via the Davis DLL (latest version). I wrote Davis support and they confirmed the bug. They did not have a schedule for an update. That was some time ago so it might work now if there have been updates to the firmware and or the DLL. If there is any demands to support WeatherLink IP, I will take another look. Use the Yahoo group to request such a feature. Thanks.
