Vanage VUE Oddity
« on: June 09, 2023, 01:06:17 AM »
I have an older VUE that I reconditioned a few years ago complete with Super Cap replacement. I installed it as a backup and have noticed there is always a low battery station 1 warning during the day but at night it goes away. That goes against all logic I know about Davis stations and consoles. Battery tested 3.2 vdc when I installed it and the supercap was a CDE brand which I have used for years with no problems.

Anybody ever heard of such a backwards situation like this ?  BTW pit shows the warnings on both of my consoles, VUE and VP2

I dont want to replace the PCB if I can find any ideas for the problem :)

Thanks
