Viewing WFL archive data on local PC

I am a newbie and please forgive my ignorance.  I have just set up WFL 2 connected to a Vantage Vue.  Are there instructions somewhere of how to set up the archive function so I can view archive data on my local PC?

At this stage I do not want to set up storage on a cloud-based service.  I just want to view archive data locally. Is this possible?

You just have to use original free WeatherLink PC from Davis. Then you should use this program with WiFi Logger like it is designed to work with Ethernet/IP logger (WeatherLink IP).
