Not often

I change mine when I do maintenance about twice a year but they are good for my ground level sensors for over a year

Some users report over two years

Buy the best quality you can, lithium are reportedlytbest as they do not degrade so much in  cold weather

considering you can get the latest console with same array from Navada for £4 more with latest tft display that would be a bettter choice, - if you do go for the lcd display it is very angular - you have to look at it straight on which is much criticised. - you will find you want to know the temperature of other places - your conservatory max min and humidity? greenhouse ? - what about your fridge - if you have a look at the app on ecowitt site you will see the graphs you have access to and whatever - if you still want the one in the link you can get it much cheaper than that infact theres one on ebay at the moment - I have another 3 of them that I got of ebay and dont use just sitting in their boxes waiting to see if anyone I know would like one....
this is the app - add this and see what is shown and the graphs etc.

Thanks G.Brown. Can't find the Navada weather station? Is that in the USA? I'm in the UK, England.

I've just found this one -https://www.amazon.co.uk/Ecowitt-Wireless-Weather-Station-Built/dp/B0BXLFLVFP/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2B4Z96HAHZNC0&keywords=Ecowitt%2BWeather%2BStations%2BWS2910&qid=1704645675&sprefix=ecowitt%2Bweather%2Bstations%2Bws2910%2Caps%2C96&sr=8-1&th=1

Quite like this, with no moving parts!! Anybody got any experience of it please??

I linked to it on a previous comment - here again below.

cant comment on the wittboy as I have never owned one but there are a lot of people complaining about it all the time unlike the conventional design .
If it worked as it should it would be the way to go and I would get one myself but seems not.
