Templates - moonrise / moonset

The problem with the moonrise/moonset template has not been solved for a long time!
When the hour is 00:, the system cannot replace the variable ... :-/
(My device is TP-Link MR3020 v3.x)

This board does have visits from Boris (software author) from time to time.  It may be faster to post this on the Meteobridge Forum for Boris to see/address.
