I had the opportunity in May and again this month in June to participate as a volunteer with the CROCUS project lending my deployable weather station for surface data while the group deployed weather balloons. The evening of IOP3 there were isolated thunderstorms developing all around and I managed to get some cool shots of the station and thunderstorm in the background.
