Another day, another newbie. This time from Romania.
So, what I need is a simple PWS which will be able to record and transmit outdoor temperature, humidity, wind direction and speed in real time or once an hour.
I’ll be putting it on the top of a metal silo and I would like to connect to it by ethernet or WiFi AP. I don’t need a console to view the data because I’ll not be near it.
From what info I could gather and process, the WS-1550-IP seams to me that ticks all the boxes, but as I can see it doesn’t ship to Romania.
So, my questions to you are:
1. Could it be another option PWS that can suit my needs and does not go beyond let’s say 300$ or not and I should find a way to buy it?
2. This PWS should give me an overview of the current weather data. But also, some kind of basic forecast for 3 days in advance. What’s your advice on the software integration? To which server should I stream the data for better results?
