Weather occurrences in Poland

Good day!

I don't know how to predict weather so I will not pretend to be a smart ass. I live in Poland, a place where the worst we could find was an occasional flooding. Sometimes it was big but usually preventable. However, with a recent climate change we observe more floods, droughts, heavy rains,  heavy winds, earthquakes, tornadoes (small scale but they weren't here before) and even whirlwinds. Those are weather occurrences that haven't been here before. I wonder what else can befall upon us? Is there a way to predict it? Thank you
