I just have the basic service but it showed 2 names for the same device. Apparently you can't delete it so I emailed Davis.
They deleted the DID and now there is no data at all. But the DID still shows on the account.
Bottom line do I need to get another DID and where do I get that or is it best to contact Davis .

Hi Dave,
I presume you need to contact Davis to get that straightened out as the Device ID seems to be the differentiating number.

I have two accounts and one Pro subscription.  Most of the time I have the WL.com account with the WLL as the Pro subscription, but I can remove the Pro subscription from this account and then make the WL.com with IP logger the Pro account.  And change back and forth as I please.  However, every time I change from the Basic account to a Pro account I need to remember to set the interval to 5 minutes as it defaults/keeps the 15 minute interval logging from a basic account.

My WL.com with WLL account
Account Info
API Token v1:   BE3F9CC........
API Key v2:   ojdbxi3........
API Secret:   y95fkky........

Device Info
Device ID:      001D0A7.....

MY WL.com with IP logger
Account Info
API Token v1:   BE3F9CC... same as WLL
API Key v2:   ojdbxi3... same as WLL
API Secret:   y95fkky... same as WLL

Device Info
Device ID:      001D0AE... different from the WLL
Key:         165...

You will note that the first one does not have a Key number.

Edit: Likely Mattk got it right!

Enjoy,
Paul
