I'm trying to set up email and text alerts on my account, and when I put in my cellphone number they never send a validation code. I sent a support "trouble" ticket, but haven't heard anything, other than the auto-response "someone will get back to you".
Has anyone else been able to set this up successfully?

I heard back from Support in an email and they gave me a code to use.
Now Let's see how well this works!
