There is an issue with the current version of Chrome.  Try another browser.

It appears to be an issue with Chrome on Android.  My Chrome for Windows is working...

EDIT:  Looks like I spoke too soon.  My Chrome must have updated just now.  My version 80 isn't working either now...

I have the "new" Edge installed, which is Chromium based.  That is at version 80.0.361.57.  That still works.

But Chrome 80.0.3987.116 does not work.

Now, Chrome 80 autoupgrades mixed audio and video resources in HTTPS sites by rewriting URLs to HTTPS without falling back to HTTP when secure content is not available. If they fail to load over HTTPS, Chrome will block them by default. Mixed images are still allowed to load, but they will cause Chrome to mark the page as “Not Secure” in the omnibox.

Unfortunately, wxradio.dyndns.org (the main Icecast server for noaaweatherradio.org) is http-only, as are most privately provided streams.  With noaaweatherradio.org forcing https, none of the streams will play directly (or via the radio player script if run on a https site) with Chrome 80.  Sigh.

Like some of the folks indicated it will run on Firefox (unfortunately I don't use Firefox - I guess I'll start) and if you are determined it will run on an older version (Chrome 79).  You just have to turn the autoupdates off and reinstall the older version. I know it's not idea by any means but as a workaround...

Thanks for the great explanation Ken! I'm going to post your reply to the Google support team...

The part that annoys me, is that if you go directly to the link via Chrome, it does work.  Even though it isn't HTTPS.  So Google is doing something really stupid...

Yeah, I was able to follow that for the PC instructions to.   But I can't find those settings on my phone Chrome version.

I've been trying to play with the .htacess file.  There is supposed to be a way you can change that so that all of your files, except one, will be forced to HTTPS.  The other one could stay HTTP.

My theory is that if the wxradio.php page isn't secure, you will no longer have mixed security and Chrome would quit complaining.   Just a short term fix.  But in theory it should work.

Maybe someone here with more experience can figure that out?

A possible work around. for the non-ssl streams,. etc.
First, see special version of this script testing at
https://noaaweatherradio.org/wxradio-5/radios.php
...this (Development V6) is operating with HTTPS and should have same stream issues.

Now, try this:
https://noaaweatherradio.org/wxradio-6NS/radios.php
...(Development V6 - NS) is operating with the following mod, and hopefully no stream issues.
also note that the 'nav' icons switch back to 'ssl'....**see below

Copy your "radios.php'
rename the copy to (e.g.) "radiosNS.php'
(for (Non Secure) heh.  in same folder..

In 'head' of your current 'radios.php'
add (with appropriate direct URL of 'radiosNS.php")
Stand-aloen HTML 5
Code: [Select]
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="1; url=http://YourDomainpath to/radiosNS.php">Saratoga Template\
Code: [Select]
<meta http-equiv="Refresh" content="1; url=http://YourDomainpath to/radiosNS.php" />
That will direct browser to 'non-ssl' after one second.

One reason for this: simple chnage by remove the meta should the 90+ stream sources from WxRadio.DynDns go SSL.

**
If you have any "local" links to your SSL domain pages on the new 'radiosNS.php' ,
or added to"NWR-radios-inc.php" e.g. (as in the aove 2 dev pages),
they should probably be changed to
ABSOLUTE, with https,
or browsers may may not 'revert' to your SSL pages, when you want to go back to 'ssl' pages...
e.g.
Code: [Select]
href="../index.php" ...change to
Code: [Select]
<li> href="https://whatever.domain etc/index.php" ...

I gave that a try.  I don't think it works with my .htaccess forced redirect to HTTPS.
