I am about tired of unanswered support emails from specific vendor of a very expensive product.
You are in the hands of somebody called "hope"... and "hope" that he strolls through the forum and you catch his attention.
I know we all have lives outside of this but if you have a product that is in current production and you cant answer support emails because you are too busy, Than just please put a big warning NO SUPPORT with this hardware! at least I will buy something knowing that I AM SOL and on my own.
