On of the few things that seems to work is the zone forecast (at least for me). Alerts are really hit and miss (mostly miss) for now.

Might be time to roll back to the old ATOM/CAP alert processor for the time being.  I don't think I trust the API further than I could throw it right now.

I'm on the email thread now for this issue. Apparently services were moved from Boulder to College Park a couple days ago and all went downhill from there (seems to happen every time there is such a move).

I'll report back if there are any significant updates.
