Temperature sensor may be going MK-III

It has been reading high. Several degrees high compared to mine at home.
About 5 degrees higher. I did an offset with WD, after a while it was low. Now it is high again.

No big deal to replace it-but the new one says it needs to reprogram the board or there will be a voltage issue.
Anyone ever done this?
