wind and rain total

Im using a cc-2000 data logger with my MK-III-LR station Im not sure if the error's are coming from the data logger or the weather station board I keep having to reset the station's rain and wind speed total's its not every day but usually several times a week

I contacted Rainwise and got a response stating that if a response was deemed necessary that I would get another e-mail from them I guess they didn't feel like responding
