I'm sorry it's a pain when using an IP address that has been tagged by honeypotproject as doing malicious stuff within the last 3 months .. for those addresses, you will have to be challenged to prove you are 'human' to proceed with access.
Regrettably, many miscreants use public IP network addresses at hotspots and mobile IP, so they dirty the laundry for regular folks who happen to have the misfortune to be assigned one of those dirty addresses, but mean no harm.
Since installation on October 08, 2010, 12:14:03 PM, there have been 1578 spam attempts stopped by the httpBL mod.
Also, our participation in Stop Forum Spam has denied access to 466 Spammers registrations.
It's the price we pay to try and keep the forum spam-free
