Hi this is m'y first time using a forum!

I need help please😀 I have a bresser 5 in 1, New in december 2023. It was fine. Then the sensor batteries went flat while I was away. I came back to "er" for my outside data. I have changed the batteries, the signal from the sensor is strong, I have it inside next to the base unit at the moment, but I still just have dashes for my outside data.

Can anyone suggest a solution please? I have emailed Bresser but no reply yet.

What happens, if you press the "Scan"-button on the back of the console?
