Weather Exchange Data Export

I am exporting information for BACnet transmission, but unable to get the next day's forcast. Any ideas how to get the Weather Exchange to include this in place of one of the reserved points? I just need to get the information into the csv data file. If there is another program that would allow for BACnet transmission, please let me know. Thanks.
