Topic: Ultimeter Meteorological Station 2100

Good evening! I have a problem with my Ultimeter 2100! The station measures and sends all weather information to Wunderground in 5 and 5 minutes! However, the wind speed is periodically interrupted, even with the incidence of wind at the site, as per the attached photo. I've already reviewed cables and everything, but I can't find this problem. Could someone help me or have you already gone through this problem? Grateful!
