Massive storm
« on: June 22, 2015, 09:48:50 AM »
I had to report a storm I had on Friday night, and another one last night.

The Friday night storm I clocked 79mph wind on my Davis and 1.2 inches of rain in less than an hour.  As that storm was coming, I was having to back off E and H field.  I had to drop all the way to 1x1 on both amplifiers to keep out of interference.  I've never even dropped lower than 8x1 on the E field before.  So it was a massive lighting maker.

Then last night again, major storm came through.  It ended talking a right hook just before getting to my town, so I didn't get a direct impact.  But I had to go all the way down to 1x1 for about an hour again.

Not sure if something has changed server side, or I've just had two freak storms.  But it was new to me.
