Thanks to Cutty Sark Sailor for the idea, here we go with Region 1:

It works below European Weathernetwork (EWN) as that way i get its member-area/datas in use.
You can add your own station(s) trought EWN's memberarea.

The page are still a bit under construction but the main thing works
