Title: NWS Time Series Viewer Percent Possible (%)

I know this may seem like a silly question but i cant find the answer to be sure on the time series viewer "About this page" help page. My question is although I have a hunch its percent possible precipitation but i'm not sure and it doesn't seem to call it out anywhere. Is Percent Possible (%) referring to the % probability of precipitation? [ You are not allowed to view attachments ]

No, nothing to do with POP's (probability of precip). Although I don't have any UV sensors, it would appear to be % of solar radiation that is measured at that time compared to what could be.
