Background css not being applied to forecast.php and index.php since upgrading

Hi Ken and viewers
I've just switched to PW forecasting but now find that the dark background is not longer being applied to index.php and forecast.php.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Working properly:  http://cond.power.on.net/webcam.php
Non working: http://cond.power.on.net/index.php and http://cond.power.on.net/wxforecast.php

Not sure where, but some piece of javascript is applying a style attribute to the body tag on the pages where you see a white background.

I'd look at the js code associated with the forecast code.
